Brief of the role:

We are seeking a (Part-Time) Sales Associate to join SSIC in order to handle our appointment calendar, assist our clients in locating our expanding services, and answer any questions they may have throughout their time with us. The Sales Associate will also provide executive support to SSIC's President.

Responsibilities include:

•Answering phone, email and scheduling/manage appointments;

•Greeting customers when they enter our office;

•Answering customers' questions to help them find the services they are looking for;

•Suggest services to customers based on their intentions;

•Enter sales data and customer data into the company database;

•Keep records of daily sales activities; and· Support to the President.

Requirements and skills

•Interest in fishing tackle industry

•Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role at least 1 year.

•Excellent customer service and communication skills

•Relevant training and/or certifications as a Sales Associate will be a plus

•Problem solving and planning skills focused on the ability to plan, prioritize and execute

•Extensive knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Job Types: (Part-time) with a fixed term contractPart-time

hours: 16 – 24 hours /per week
