[November 15, 2024] Superior Synergy International Consulting Inc. (SSIC) will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (Beijing Time).

During the meeting, shareholders will vote on proposals to elect directors to SSIC’s Board of Directors for a one-year term.

The management team will also present on the Company’s current and future business strategies, including preparations for the acquisition of select trademarks in the United States, the launch of a North American customer service website for fishing tackle, and the establishment of service centers in the U.S.

The meeting will be held at the 43rd Floor, Champion Tower, No. 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong.
